The practice is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 hour. We have lunch break from 12:00 - 12:30 hours. Outside these times, for urgent cases you will be referred to the Huisartsenpost in Amstelveen. Location: at Amstelland Hospital, Laan van de Helende Meesters , Amstelveen, tel: 020 4562000.
Calling
Please use the following call times as much as possible:
08.00-10.30 Hour: Appointment making, requesting visits.
13.00-14.00 Hour: Call for smear, laboratory and X-ray results. But you can also call for other questions.
Speaking hours
All consultations, including those with the doctor's assistant, are by appointment. When making an appointment, 10 minutes will be reserved for you. If you think you need more time or if you are coming with several people, please let us know when making the appointment. You will be asked for the reason for the consultation. This is not out of curiosity, but so that the consultation can be planned properly. For some complaints it is not necessary to visit the doctor, and an advice or prescription is sufficient. Of course, you are not obliged to tell what you are coming for. And remember: even the doctor's assistant has her professional secret.
Home visits
Home visits are for patients who cannot come to the practice for health reasons. As the possibilities for examination and treatment in the practice are better, we ask you to come to us if at all possible.If you would appreciate a home visit after discharge from hospital please let us know. Unfortunately, we often receive late notification from the hospital A home visit can be requested between 8.00-10.30 am.
